  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 cups cooked white rice (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish lightly with non-stick spray or butter.

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and blanch for 2-3 minutes, just until bright green and slightly tender. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
