  • 4 pieces Anchovy fillets
  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 1 large Egg yolk
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Croutons

Directions

Step 1

Start by washing the kale thoroughly under cold water. Remove the tough stems, then tear or chop the kale leaves into bite-sized pieces.

To prepare the dressing, finely mince the anchovy fillets and garlic cloves.
