  • 1 cup Boiling water

  • 0.25 cup Kahlua coffee liqueur

  • 1.75 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.75 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 1 for greasing Cooking spray or butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray or butter.

Place the chopped dates in a medium-sized bowl and pour the boiling water over them. Let them sit for 10 minutes to soften.
