Ingredients

  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2.25 teaspoons Instant dry yeast
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 0.25 cup Butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Ground cinnamon
  • 0.75 cup Raisins
  • 2 tablespoons Kahlua liqueur
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 1/2 cups of flour, granulated sugar, salt, and instant dry yeast. Stir until well mixed.

In a small saucepan, heat milk and butter over medium heat until the butter is melted and the mixture is warm to the touch (do not boil).

Gradually pour the warm milk-butter mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. Stir to combine.
