  • 4 large yams (sweet potatoes)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel the yams and cut them into 1/2-inch-thick rounds. Arrange them in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
