  • 8 slices White sandwich bread
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Directions

Step 1

Peel the cucumber and slice it very thinly using a sharp knife or mandoline. Place the slices on a paper towel, sprinkle lightly with salt, and let them sit for about 10 minutes to release excess moisture. Pat them dry with another paper towel.
