  • 1 pound Ground turkey
  • 0.5 cup Bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Large egg
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 1 Small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the bread crumbs and milk, and let them sit for a couple of minutes to allow the bread crumbs to absorb the milk.
