Ingredients

  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups (melted) Unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cups Granulated sugar
  • 1.5 lbs (hulled and sliced) Strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 cups Powdered sugar
  • 2 cups (cold) Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 8 oz (softened) Cream cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

To make the crust, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl until well combined.

Step 3

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish to form an even crust. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8–10 minutes, then allow it to cool completely.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

Step 5

Add the vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and gradually fold in 1 cup of the whipped cream. Set this mixture aside.

Step 6

Layer the sliced strawberries in a medium bowl and toss them gently with the lemon juice to enhance their flavor.

Step 7

Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust evenly using a spatula.

Step 8

Arrange the sliced strawberries over the cream cheese layer, spreading them out to make a uniform layer.

Step 9

In another mixing bowl, whip the remaining 1 cup of heavy whipping cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar (optional) until stiff peaks form.

Step 10

Spread the whipped cream over the strawberry layer, creating a fluffy topping.

Step 11

Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2–3 hours before serving to allow the layers to set. For best results, chill it overnight.

Step 12

Slice into squares, serve chilled, and enjoy!
