Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 cups Dry white wine
  • 0.75 cups Chicken stock
  • 2 pieces Lemons (juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons Capers (drained)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch using a meat mallet or rolling pin.

Step 2

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Step 3

Dredge the chicken breasts lightly in the flour, shaking off any excess.

Step 4

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
