Ingredients

  • 250 grams Penne or rotini pasta
  • 2 cans Canned tuna (in water, drained)
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 100 grams Black olives (pitted and sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, approximately 8-10 minutes. Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the vegetables. Halve the cherry tomatoes, dice the cucumber, and finely chop the red onion.
