Ingredients

  • 4 slices Thick slices of brioche bread
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cups Peanut butter
  • 0.5 cups Marshmallow fluff
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar (optional, for garnish)
  • 0.25 cups Maple syrup (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Step 2

Lay out the brioche bread slices. Spread peanut butter on two slices and marshmallow fluff on the other two. Sandwich them together, creating two stuffed slices.

Step 3

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.

Step 4

Dip each stuffed sandwich into the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly. Allow excess batter to drip off.

Step 5

Place the coated sandwiches in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Add the remaining tablespoon of butter to the skillet and repeat if necessary.

Step 6

Remove the Fluffernutter French Toast from the skillet and let it rest for 1 minute before slicing.

Step 7

Garnish with powdered sugar and drizzle with maple syrup, if desired.

Step 8

Serve warm and enjoy your decadent breakfast!
