Ingredients

  • 4 leaves lettuce leaves
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 8 slices whole grain bread slices
  • 1 cup potato chips, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened

Directions

Step 1

Drain the canned tuna and transfer it into a medium-sized mixing bowl.

Add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, finely chopped celery, diced red onion, pickle relish, and lemon juice to the bowl with the tuna.
