  • 0.25 cup Ranchero sauce
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 pieces Large flour tortillas
  • 1 piece (sliced) Avocado
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped) Fresh cilantro
  • 0 (as desired) Hot sauce (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
