Ingredients

  • 120 grams unsalted butter
  • 180 grams graham cracker crumbs
  • 200 grams sweetened shredded coconut
  • 200 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 150 grams butterscotch chips
  • 100 grams chopped walnuts
  • 400 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal later.

Step 2

Melt the butter completely and pour it into the prepared baking pan. Tilt the pan or use a spatula to evenly coat the bottom of the pan with the melted butter.

Step 3

Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the melted butter, pressing gently with the back of a spoon or a spatula to form a firm base.

Step 4

In a bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and set aside.

Step 5

Layer the sweetened shredded coconut evenly on top of the graham cracker crust.

Step 6

Next, sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly across the coconut layer.

Step 7

Add the butterscotch chips evenly across the chocolate chips.

Step 8

Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the top of the chocolate and butterscotch layer.

Step 9

Finally, drizzle the sweetened condensed milk mixture evenly over the entire surface of the layers, making sure to cover all the ingredients.

Step 10

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the top is lightly browned.

Step 11

Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack for about 1 hour.

Step 12

Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the bars out of the pan and transfer them to a cutting board. Cut into 16 squares or bars.

Step 13

Serve and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
