  • 4 pieces Chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 8 cloves Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper (freshly ground)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down and cook for 5-6 minutes until the skin is golden and crispy. Flip and sear the other side for 3-4 minutes. Remove the chicken thighs and set aside.

Step 4

In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add the butter. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
