Ingredients

  • 2 pieces chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside to rest. Once cooled slightly, slice the chicken into thin strips.

In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add the unsalted butter and remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
