  • 1 large Egg

  • 0.25 cup Ketchup
  • 1.5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow mustard

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands or a spatula until just combined.
