Ingredients

  • 500 grams fresh green beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 75 ml Caesar dressing
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup croutons

  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Trim the ends off the green beans and rinse them thoroughly under cold water.

Step 2

Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add a pinch of salt to the water.

Blanch the green beans in the boiling water for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp. Immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain and set aside.
