  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 small Jalapeño
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the salsa. Dice the tomatoes, red onion, and jalapeño into small pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

Finely chop the cilantro and add it to the bowl with the diced vegetables.

Add the lime juice, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well to combine all the ingredients. Set the salsa aside to let the flavors meld while you prepare the quesadillas.
