  • 500 grams Chicken breast (boneless, skinless)

  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (grated)
  • 2 small Green chilies (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

Step 2

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onion and sauté until it becomes soft and slightly golden, about 3-4 minutes.
