  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Beef broth
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, ground allspice, ground nutmeg, salt, and black pepper.
