  • 2 large Egg whites
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, pureed spinach, pureed carrot, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
