Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, 3 tablespoons of ketchup, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently with your hands until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
