  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp White vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the pork shoulder by trimming excess fat and cutting it into large chunks (about 3-4 inches wide). Set aside.
