  • 2 lbs Chicken breasts
  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Butter

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 cups Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 3 cups Cooked white rice
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and cook until fully cooked—approximately 8-10 minutes per side if whole. Let rest and cut into bite-sized pieces.

In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden and bubbly.
