Ingredients

  • 200 grams Fresh salmon fillet
  • 150 grams Broccoli florets
  • 5 large Eggs
  • 120 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 60 milliliters Milk
  • 100 grams Cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoons Dried dill
  • 1 teaspoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish with olive oil.

Step 2

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until tender but still bright green, then drain and set aside.

Step 3

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Cook the salmon fillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked and flaky. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and flake the salmon into small pieces with a fork, discarding the skin if necessary.

Step 4

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and milk until smooth. Add the salt, black pepper, and dried dill, and whisk again to combine.

Step 5

Place the cooked broccoli and flaked salmon evenly in the greased pie dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.

Step 6

Carefully pour the egg mixture over the salmon, broccoli, and cheese, ensuring it is evenly distributed.

Step 7

Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center and lightly golden on top.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and let the quiche cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy warm, or refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
