  • 0.5 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Cook the egg noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
