  • 2 cups pineapple
  • 4 kiwi
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges (canned, drained or fresh)
  • 1 cup red grapes (halved)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tablespoons mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry all the fresh fruits thoroughly.

Step 2

Hull and quarter the strawberries, then add them to a large mixing bowl.

Step 3

Add the blueberries and blackberries to the bowl.

Step 4

Peel and dice the pineapple into small bite-sized chunks and add it to the bowl.

Step 5

Peel the kiwis and slice them into thin rounds, or halve the rounds for easier eating. Add to the bowl.

Step 6

Add the mandarin orange segments and the halved red grapes to the bowl.

Step 7

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey and freshly squeezed lime juice until well combined.

Step 8

Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and gently toss with a large spoon or spatula to coat the fruit evenly. Be careful not to mash the delicate fruits like the berries.

Optionally, garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Step 11

Serve chilled and enjoy!
