Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken livers
  • 12 slices Bacon strips
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 12 pieces Toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken livers thoroughly under cold running water and pat them dry with paper towels. Trim off any connective tissue or fat.

Step 2

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

Step 3

In a medium bowl, combine the chicken livers, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix well to ensure the livers are evenly coated. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
