Ingredients

  • 6 cups baby spinach
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup sliced almonds

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the baby spinach leaves and place them in a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Slice the strawberries into thin slices and add them to the salad bowl.

Step 3

Toast the sliced almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown. Let cool before adding to the bowl.
