  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1 piece Red bell pepper
  • 1 piece Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 piece Red onion
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 8 pieces Tortilla wraps
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and place them in a bowl.

Step 2

Add the smoked paprika, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the chicken. Squeeze half of the lime over the chicken, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and mix well. Allow to marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Cut the red and yellow bell peppers into thin strips and slice the red onion into thin wedges.
