Ingredients

  • 2 whole Avocado
  • 100 grams Pancetta
  • 50 grams Pine nuts
  • 150 grams Mixed salad greens
  • 1 whole Lemon

  • 30 grams Parmesan cheese

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh out with a spoon. Slice the avocado into thin wedges and set aside.
