  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons (freshly squeezed) Lime juice
  • 0.25 cups (freshly squeezed) Orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon (grated) Ginger

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the Scotch bonnet peppers by removing the seeds and finely chopping them. Be sure to work carefully, as these peppers are very spicy.
