  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 cups Ice cubes
  • 6 leaves Mint leaves (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large saucepan, add 8 cups of water, dried hibiscus flowers, sliced ginger, cinnamon stick, cloves, and orange zest.

Step 2

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to low. Let it simmer for 10 minutes to extract the flavors.

Step 3

Remove the saucepan from heat. Cover and let the mixture steep for an additional 5 minutes.

Strain the tea into a large heat-safe pitcher to remove the dried ingredients.
