  • 3 lbs Turkey breast roast
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Ground allspice
  • 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 cups Fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Red onion, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño, minced
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, ground allspice, ground cinnamon, paprika, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Pat the turkey breast roast dry with paper towels. Rub the olive oil all over the turkey, then coat it evenly with the spice mixture.
