Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 113 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 pieces jalapenos, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 50 grams panko breadcrumbs

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, finely chopped jalapenos, garlic powder, and half of the salt and black pepper. Mix until well combined to create the filling.

Step 3

Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and slice a pocket into the side of each breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.

Step 4

Stuff each chicken breast with an even amount of the jalapeno popper filling. Secure the edges with toothpicks if necessary to prevent the filling from spilling out during baking.
