Ingredients

  • 12 whole Jalapeno peppers
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices Cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoons Onion powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Using gloves, cut each jalapeno in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. Set aside.

Step 3

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

Step 4

Using a small spoon, fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture, leveling the filling slightly above the edges of the pepper.
