  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup golden raisins (optional)
  • 1 cup cornflake crumbs
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Step 2

Cook the wide egg noodles in a large pot of boiling salted water for 6-7 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
