  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Step 2

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

While the noodles cook, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until fragrant.

Add the ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it into small crumbles, until it is fully browned and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
