Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 10 oz Frozen spinach
  • 1 can (14 oz, drained and chopped) Artichoke hearts
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Thaw the frozen spinach by following the package instructions, then squeeze out as much liquid as possible using a clean dish towel or paper towels.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well-combined.

Finely chop the garlic cloves and add them to the bowl along with the Parmesan cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese (reserve the remaining 0.5 cup for topping), salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix thoroughly.
