  • 3 ounces Goat cheese (soft, crumbled)
  • 0.5 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Baby spinach (fresh)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the chicken. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Season the chicken breast with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper on both sides.
