Ingredients

  • 4 cups Watercress
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes

  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Pine nuts

Directions

Step 1

Rinse and pat dry the watercress using a clean kitchen towel or paper towel. Place it in a large salad bowl.

Step 2

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the watercress.

Slice the cucumber into thin rounds or half-moons, depending on your preference, and add them to the bowl.
