Directions

Step 1

Wash all the fruits, vegetables, and herbs thoroughly under running water.

Cut the green apples, cucumber, and carrots into smaller pieces to fit into your juicer chute. No need to peel unless desired.

Trim the spinach and celery stalks to remove any rough ends.

Step 4

Peel the ginger root and cut it into smaller pieces if necessary.
