  • 2 tablespoons coarse cornmeal (for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine warm water and honey, stirring to dissolve the honey. Sprinkle the active dry yeast over the top and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, until foamy.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, and salt.
