Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the tomatoes. Cut each tomato into thick slices, about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 2

Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves. Set aside.

Step 3

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Once the oil is hot, add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but not browned.
