Directions

Step 1

Lay the 8 slices of sourdough bread on a clean working surface.

Step 2

Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto sauce evenly on one side of each slice of bread.

Step 3

Slice the fresh mozzarella into thin pieces and layer 2 ounces onto 4 of the slices (pesto side up).

Spread 1/4 cup of sun-dried tomatoes over the mozzarella on each of the same slices.

Place the remaining 4 slices of bread on top (pesto side down), creating 4 sandwiches.
