Ingredients

  • 16 pieces large button mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems. Set the caps aside and finely chop the stems.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped mushroom stems and minced garlic, cooking until softened (about 3–4 minutes).
