  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 Provolone cheese slices
  • 4 Hoagie rolls, split
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted

Directions

Step 1

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the thinly sliced ribeye steak and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and just cooked through. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
