Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage (mild or spicy, casings removed)

  • 5 cups Baby spinach, fresh

  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cups Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoons Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the Italian sausage and cook, breaking it into crumbles, until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
