  • 9 oz cheese tortellini (refrigerated)
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese, grated (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the Italian sausage, breaking it into crumbles with a wooden spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, then transfer the cooked sausage to a plate using a slotted spoon.
